Respected Colleague
Vaisakhi Greetings!
At the outset, I take this opportunity to congratulate all of you for your ever available full-fledged support to the cause of Punjabiat. As you all know the election to different positions of the coveted Punjabi Sahit Akademi (PSA) is due on April 15, 2012. It is indeed a good gesture that we have unanimously elected its President. I wish the same tradition should hold good for other positions also. But since the situation has resulted in elections, let us have really those people in saddle who have a positive outlook, the needed zeal and involvement in the activities toward the promotion of Punjabi Language, Culture & Heritage. From the enclosed brief note, you will come to know that with the ever available support of all of you, we have been, since long, making our sincere efforts in this direction.
I humbly solicit your valuable support to contribute further for the cause of Punjabi Language, Culture & Heritage by electing me as a member of the Executive of PSA, and thus enabling me to serve to the best of my capability. I will remain open to the positive suggestions and inputs that you will offer me from time to time.
Looking forward to meet you on April 15, 2012
With best regards,
Yours sincerely
Jagtar Dhiman (Dr.)
